Jonah implements JIRA problem Management System
December 2006 - Following investigation of leading alternatives, JIRA was adopted as the new Jonah standard for problem management. The web-based system was quickly implemented across current Jonah projects to facilitate joint problem reporting & problem management by Jonah and its clients. The benefits include:
- Easy capture, communication and status tracking of test defects and other issues, across all authorized project personnel
- Facilitates remote work and up-to-the minute reporting
- Allows flexible role-based access to project actions and artifacts
- Allows direct client access to the bug base, for a more transparent process
