Jonah delivers upgrades to BCN's receivables and cash management processes

Southfield, September 30, 2005 - The Jonah Group successfully deployed software to improve the receivables and cash management processes for Blue Care Network (BCN), a large health insurance company in Michigan. The project deadlines were tight and had to be met in order to coincide with the HMO’s financial reporting period. The Jonah Group delivered the project on time and under budget and the results were well received by the Billing and Finance user groups.

As a result of this work The Jonah Group was chosen to participate in an engagement to create a reporting data warehouse. Jonah will be responsible for strategic consulting, design, and implementation on this project.

Blue Care Network of Michigan is a nonprofit health maintenance organization owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan with nearly a half million members. BCN invests primarily in preventing illness and injury, covering preventive services and health screenings and providing educational materials to help their members learn how to maintain and improve their health.

The Jonah Group has been working together successfully with BCN for since 2002, and continues to be engaged with them on various important initiatives.
