The Jonah Group implements several features for the Health e-blue web system (HEBW) to boost provider satisfaction with Blue Care Network of Michigan.

Toronto, Ontario/Detroit, Michigan, September 2, 2008 - The Jonah Group completed upgrades to the Health e-Blue web application that provides clinical, utilization data and summary reports on the web for providers and their respective groups for the purpose of tracking the health of their members.

The Physician Recognition Program (PRP) published documents stating that BCN will allow providers to get credit on all PRP measures for members that are non-compliant. The existing application did not have a way of tracking this type of exclusion for the non-compliant members. The Jonah group successfully implemented new features in the HEBW system to accommodate this new exclusion associated with each PRP measure.

Blue Care Network of Michigan is a nonprofit health maintenance organization owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan with nearly a half million members. BCN invests primarily in preventing illness and injury, covering preventive services and health screenings and providing educational materials to help their members learn how to maintain and improve their health.

The Jonah Group has been working together successfully with BCN since 2002, and continues to be engaged with them on various important initiatives.
