The Jonah Group delivers a full-feature health care data warehouse solution for BCN.
Toronto, Ontario/Detroit, Michigan, May 5, 2008 - The Jonah Group has delivered a full-feature health care data warehouse and business intelligence solution enabling Blue Care Network (BCN) of Michigan, a major health management organization to effectively analyze and balance financial and operational data across multiple subject areas.
The project consisted of designing and implementing a health care data warehouse used by all areas of the organization for decision support, trend analysis and ad-hoc querying and reporting covering areas such as Claims, Billing & Finance, Medicare, Membership and Providers.
The Jonah Group was responsible for full data warehouse project life cycle development and implementation.
Blue Care Network of Michigan is a nonprofit health maintenance organization owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan with nearly a half million members. BCN invests primarily in preventing illness and injury, covering preventive services and health screenings and providing educational materials to help their members learn how to maintain and improve their health.
The Jonah Group has been working together successfully with BCN since 2002, and continues to be engaged with them on various important initiatives.
