The Jonah Group wins bid to implement new features for Phase 4 of BCN Health e-Blue web system.

Toronto, Ontario/Detroit, Michigan, March 1, 2009 - The Jonah Group has been awarded the fourth contract to implement further upgrades to Health e-Blue which is a web-based application that provides clinical, utilization data and summary reports on the web for providers for the purpose of tracking the health of their members.

Phase I, II and III of the HEBW project delivered a fully functioning product for the primary care physicians (PCPs) and groups. Further upgrades to the application will result in improvement in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) performance scores, increased PCP/PCG satisfaction with communication and increased accuracy of the BCN Data.

Blue Care Network of Michigan is a nonprofit health maintenance organization owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan with nearly a half million members. BCN invests primarily in preventing illness and injury, covering preventive services and health screenings and providing educational materials to help their members learn how to maintain and improve their health.

The Jonah Group has been working together successfully with BCN since 2002, and continues to be engaged with them on various important initiatives.
