Management
The Jonah Group has a flat management structure. Jonah's senior managers are responsible for the sales and operations portfolios within the company, and for clients at a relationship level. Project managers and architects provide the bulk of the project management and technical leadership on projects for which they have delivery responsibility.
We hire staff that are motivated from within rather than from above, who know how to manage their own time within the context of their assignments, and who value getting the job done over strict adherance to a job description.
