To our staff:
- All employees have access to an annual training budget that they can use to continue learning and bring new knowledge into the company.
- We've instituted real profit-sharing within the company. Our employee incentive programs are tied to company profit and the success rates of our consulting projects.
- We hold regular technical presentations to help staff keep current with the latest developments.
- We have a tradition of social gatherings every other Thursday, where our staff members can have a slice of pizza and reconnect with offsite colleagues.
- We hold "Jonah Day" one Friday in the summer of each year - a staff appreciation and team-building outing. It's the statutory holiday that no-one else gets!
