Jonah Group is comprised mainly of technical and web developers, business analysts, project managers and quality specialists. Since our owners are senior software engineers, they know what’s reasonable to ask of the staff, how to motivate them, and how to foster effective teams. We hire smart, creative, self-motivated individuals who thrive in such an environment.
When hiring, we pay close attention to “soft” factors like the ability to work in teams and a commitment to learning. Of course, our people also have to be able to deliver the goods! We favour applicants with a background in object-oriented design and a firm grasp of the principles of agile software development. To ensure we’re always up to date, our employees also have access to an annual training budget.
