A Well-documented Methodology
- The Jonah Group's method is aimed at developing shared understanding early in the project's lifecycle and revising it as new information becomes available.
- Our method had its genesis with Ivar Jacobson's Object-Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE), and has incorporated proven agile practices that we've found to be useful.
- We have adapted our method over many years to introduce elements that improved our success, and removed elements that were no longer relevant.
- We use the UML - the industry standard software specification language (also developed in large part by Jacobson)
